Graduated with a BSc in Hospitality at the Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne and after a Professional Development Program in Cornell University, Tomris is growing quickly in the hospitality industry. Being part of the early YHS project in 2011 in EHL, she was already showing strong creativity and development skills. These allowed her to specialise in distressed luxury property management.
Initially graduated as an environmental engineer in 2001, Celia Crato specialized in Environmental Management System, gradually focusing on Quality Management System when she first arrived in the Monte Da Quinta Resort in 2007. Her duties were focused on procedures, training, and general organization, slowly leading to skills development, and performance evaluation of the employees.
With an experience of over 17 years in the Hospitality Industry, from F&B to Reception, passing through Sales, Revenue and Management, Tiago has achieved competences in first hand that gives him an easier overview of operations, allowing a better assessment of any situation. Always with an eye towards quality of service and detail.
