Tomris graduated with a BSC in Hospitality at the Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne and after a Professional Development Program in Cornell University and a MBA from the Lisbon MBA. She grew up in the hospitality industry and lived and worked in 13 countries in pursuit of interesting and challenging hospitality projects. Being part of the early YHS project in 2011 in EHL, she saw an opportunity in Portugal in 2015 and founded the Portugal’s Future Hoteliers Summit. Having spearheaded the project for 2 years, she has now handed it over the spirit stick to the team and has taken on a new challenge as an Account Executive for Education in Microsoft.
Initially graduated as an environmental engineer in 2001, Celia Crato specialized in Environmental Management System, gradually focusing on Quality Management System when she first arrived in the Monte Da Quinta Resort in 2007. Her duties were focused on procedures, training, and general organization, slowly leading to skills development, and performance evaluation of the employees.
With an experience of over 17 years in the Hospitality Industry, from F&B to Reception, passing through Sales, Revenue and Management, Tiago has achieved competences in first hand that gives him an easier overview of operations, allowing a better assessment of any situation. Always with an eye towards quality of service and detail.
A tourism business management graduate from a leading hospitality university in Portugal, Joana brings to the organisation over seven years of solid experience in the sector in Portugal, the UK and UAE. This spanned reception, F&B and leading on the planning of complex conferences and events, from demanding clients spread across the globe. Joana joined Monte da Quinta Resort in 2016, adding the values of attention to detail and organization skills to this event.
Driven by creativity since an early age, Inês followed studies in Communication Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of O’Porto, where she developed a significant interest in Digital Media. After 12 years of developing projects in this area, she now brings to PFHS her deep understanding of Design Thinking & Digital Marketing as well as teamwork and time management skills.
David is an IT professional with almost 20 years of experience. During all this years he has developed skills in all IT fields, and has earned a deep knowledge on a large variety of operating systems, hardware, software and servers. He is also passionate about multimedia, music and technology.
With a degree in Tourism Management and a Master in Hospitality Management, Tiago did all his career in international chains and multiple properties across Portugal and UK. Focused on clients needs and driven by results due to his background in Operations, F&B Cost Controlling and Sales, he became a specialist in MICE, Sports and Corporate markets. Assuming the sales department since 2016, Tiago guarantees the positive results of one of the best resorts in Algarve.
With more than 10 years of experience in the Purchasing field, Neusa has built her career as a General Manager of her own snack bar as well as a Supermarket Supervisor, handling and managing the stock department. With problem solving, negotiation and time management skills, she has a keen knowledge of the PFHS’ purchasing requirements.
