Having grown-up between Germany and Portugal, Felix Bach holds a degree in Tourism – Marketing and a Post-graduation in Business Management.
In 2007 he was invited to lead the Sales & Marketing department of the Robinson Club Quinta da Ria (TUI Hotels & Resorts) in the Algarve, Portugal during the pre-opening and opening period, spearheading the department until 2012.
In 2013 Felix Bach joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company venturing to Doha, Qatar joining the Sales Team of the Sharq Villa & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel as a Sales Manager. Shortly after his appointment to the role, the Sales team of the Sharq Village & Spa clustered with the sales team of its sister property The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, making him responsible for selling 548 rooms. Felix Bach played an important part during the clustering process.
Transferring in 2016 from The Ritz-Carlton, Doha to The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain in Manama as an Associate Director of Sales, he spearheaded the Corporate Travel department and the Group Business department before, during and after the historical merger between Marriott International and Starwood.
After 4 years in the Middle East, Felix Bach has joined the Sales & Marketing Team of VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa (Leading Hotel of the World) in the Algarve, Portugal where he is currently the International Business Development Manager, responsible for some of the property’s key markets as well as for several emerging markets.
