Paulo is a Food & Beverage professional and leader with 15 years of experience in customer service. He has a track record of driving rapid growth of innovative ideas for his field. With an academic background in Foodservice Management by Cornell University, Paulo continuously reinforced his knowledge throughout several courses and programs. Having worked in leading hotels across different countries and various international brands such as Marriott and Starwood, he currently collaborates with SANA Hotel’s group. Since 2017 Paulo has been developing his work on SANA’s new 5 stars projects and currently assumes responsibility as F&B Director in charge of Hotel Operations at Myriad by SANA Hotels & Crystal Center – a unique luxury design hotel. Paulo always exceed his challenges and is highly motivated, focused on staff training and team motivation.
