Biography

Sales and Marketing Manager with more than 15 years experience in Spanish and Portuguese Markets and interesting background acquired in two sectors: Distribution/Retail and Advertising/New Media. Leadership of Contact Centers Sales Teams, Field Force, KAM and Sales teams in Retail Stores (average of 100 collaborators). Businesses Start-ups: Expo 98, Lidl & Cª (Retail Stores), GCT Online (launching a B2B online company) and Yellow Pages, implementing a Reorganization process that culminated in a new Telesales/ Contact Center Channel. Project Management skills initially developed via integration and leadership of project management teams with: Mckinsey, Accenture and KPMG and recently assuming a Project Leader position for 1,5 years with Cross functional team responsibilities.
